😠 I’ve been to this location 4 times in the last couple of months. Each time they have been out of towels and/or the air conditioning in the studio has been broken. This membership is super expensive so it’s frustrating to not have these basic amenities. The Hyde Park location is much better

👍👍 It’s a great gym with a wide variety of equipment to accommodate all levels of fitness. Employees are friendly. That said, I’m not a fan of the parking because the garage gets crowded.
