👍👍 From the second I walked through the door I felt important and safe. Excellent staff. Dr Kahsai is professional but has old school bedside manner. Soft spoken, Intelligent, and read to listen. Tests were very thorough, detailed, and always explained. This is my new favorite eye clinic. Thank you!

😠 Receptionist are not friendly at all. She always makes me feel like she doesn't want do anything. She always makes me feel like I should not ask her anything and leave her alone. She always shakes her head for anything I asked her.

👍👍 I have been under Dr. McCords care for almost a year. He is one of the most caring, gentle, pleasant and thoughtful doctors I have ever had. He doesn't just go home and forget his patients. He will continue research if needed and he is always available. I am very greatful to have him as my doctor.

😠 Never mentioned that I owed them money at any of my visits, sent me to a debt collector, then wouldn't discuss what I owed the money for when I called the patient billing services line, and said I couldn't pay them directly, I needed to pay the debt collector. Shady!

😠 Front desk staff are very rude. They are snarky to everyone checking in, snarky on the phone and straight up ignore you when waiting in line. 😠 Daughter needs an audiologist appointment. We were scheduled out two months. Day of appointment, her appointment is cancelled because the doctor gets sick, I get it.
