😐 There's no water source, but lots of shade. It looks like many owners don't clean up after their dogs. There are lots of holes so be careful where you step. There were also quite a few cigarette butts on the ground.

👍 It's okay, but it's boring. The views are boring. Looks to be taken care of.
My vision for Ruggles would be to add exercise equipment that doesn't need maintenance. Such as pull-up bars, and back arm dip bars.
