😠 Ubreakidontfix* Brought in my laptop that was not turning on. Got a call back that "it was full of water and rusty" and they'll clean it out for $99. If it doesn't run, no charge. Picked it up, got the insurance plan in lieu of paying for it. Laptop doesn't work. Drop it back of and get a call next...

😠 Replaced the battery in my phone with another used battery so it didn’t help at all. Plus he only takes cash. Trying to avoid paying taxes I guess. The whole place reeks of cigarettes too. I would never go there again complete ripoff.

😠 We have had a nightmare with T-mobile!!! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND BEWARE OF THE SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had Sprint/T-mobile since 2014...FROM DECEMBER till now I have been dealing with a nightmare caused by T-Mobile. After numerous calls spending hours and hours on the phone and in store...
