Fishing is a popular activity at this large, scenic reservoir with beaches & boat launches.

👍👍 This lake has really improved over the years. If you came here even a couple years ago and didn't like it, its worth trying again. They have improved the playground, swim area, and even adding camping! Great location for family picnics and outings. Always windy in case you want to try kite-flying!

👍👍 Very beautiful place for picnic away from the city, the lake was breathtaking, the ducks were playing everywhere. Some people were fishing while other enjoyed their boats. There is free parking in the area.

👍👍 This is one of the oldest privately owned (est 1929) natural spring swimming holes in Texas; with 3 water slides, multiple diving boards, heigh dive, trapeze, and lots of sandy beaches. The food is standard concession stand but always good and tasty.

👍👍 Awesome place to ride your bike, run, jog, etc. Beautiful nature. Lots of fishing plus boating. The weekends get a little too busy and people can be inconsiderate so I gotta slam on my bikes brakes which isn't cool but oh well.
