😠 I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place! The Director, Dicey Smith, is a very rude lady! She made false allegations on my Son and demanded that he be sent to a psych hospital for children. She just wanted my Son gone from Excel! In her words, "He needs to go!" I am very angry about this place....

But they make you wait an hour or more for your appointment in this lobby that is disgusting and smells like bodily odor and urine. They never answer the phone when you call and the ladies at the desk are not all that friendly....

👍👍 So, if you don't know how Emergency Rooms work, don't try to show up here for help. Emergency Rooms take a while to be seen, they are sometimes hectic, and some of the staff or patients tends to be stressed while they are there.
