👍👍 Been at Cir Lounge in their Friends and Family Week. Such a hidden gem in Fountain Valley area. We just wowed when we first came inside the lounge. Interior design is very nice. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. I will definitely come back for their Grand Opening.

😐 Friendly and attentive staff. Minus a star for allowing dogs inside at all. Minus another star for letting the dog owners be negligent on top of it. The time that I visited there were two large dogs in the bar and one was off leash and barking at the other...very off-putting as a patron.
