😐 Is this place greasy?

😠 Paid $250.00 for a Florida MMJC Evaluation. Website advertises: “You will receive your medical card in PDF format in 5 minutes via text & email”. Four emails and three phone calls so far and the service provider is unresponsive and I received nothing. I am demanding a full refund.
