👍👍 When all others fail... yes, they have it and yes they're open. I travel almost 30 min and bypass several beauty supply stores primarily b/c they close early and not reliable. And indeed HW4 is open on Sunday's. They'll get my patronage everytime!!!

🫤 - TLDR: unpleasant customer service experience. Just go to Saks (on the other end of the mall). Most Saks staff members are way more professional and welcoming.
