😐 The actual hair service is wonderful. The communication and wait time is RIDICULOUS!! My time is valuable don't book a 9 am appointment and not take me until 10:20. Be considerate of your clients time! This is not the first time.

😠 Owner is rude and followed my children and I around the entire 5 minutes we were there. I used to go often because it’s two minutes from my house but never again. Also the prices are too high... cheaper prices for the same exact products at Magic and Longwood. I’ll never go here again.
