👍 Well kept and clean. Lots of trash cans and parking. The local pool was closed for the season so not a lot of traffic. Disc gold course was super easy but has no signage.

😠 Too many homeless people there. So I don't go there.

😐 Quiet and well kept area.. Except there are a few homeless people who occupy the benches most of the evenings and i don't feel safe going there alone with my kids..

👍 Spent my entire childhood in this neighborhood park. Since then have watched many of our young family members play there. The park is kept up well. Only drawback is there is only one swing.
