😠 1 out of 5 windows is open during a long line. They won't change, just don't go there.

😠 Poor customer service.They are always rude to customers . Bank teller Elvia is super slow always have only one window open all the time…. take over an hour just to get to the window not coming back to this bank

😠 Makes BoA look bad!! So damn slow! When you go here, make sure you give yourself an hour window! It ALWAYS takes long. They only have 2 people attending when there's 9 windows! Waste of money if they're not going to use all of them.
