😠 I don’t recommend these apartments for families with kids. The only thing quite your kids can do is ride a bike because it’s not noisy. The can’t be kids and play. Don’t let them bounce balls, play outside with each other, or listen to music or you’ll get a noise complaint. Paid my rent before time...

👍👍 We've re-signed our lease a few times over at Vintage Northcreek! The location is awesome, amenities are great, and the property is well kept! The leasing agent, Jacob, is outstanding and goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy here! Awesome place to call home!

👍👍 When I first moved to the Bend 3 years ago it was eh. Rent was cheap so I dealt with the issues. New owners and management took over and they have been making strides to get things updated. Office staff is really nice I haven’t had any issues there.
