😠 If I could give zero stars, I would. My wedding ring came back with 2 diamonds missing. We had to drive 1.5 hours there JUST to drop it off after it was just picked up the day prior (Monday) drove down (Tuesday) just for them to fix it. For the employees to tell us it will be ready at 5pm no earlie...
