😐 Rachel did my hair. I like the cut but she couldn't do the design I wanted so I had to settle for something else. also she had me in and out in like 10 minutes and I felt rushed...even though the cut was okay/good, the customer service wasn't, so I probably won't go back.

😠 Not good. Very sassy. Called her once we saw the mistakes and just came off really rude. Didn’t style all the way straighten only the top layer. Would not recommend.
