😠 I waited quite literally 1 hour to be seen by the physician, blood pressure taken and everything "the Dr will be with you shortly" 1 hr 6:20ish-7:20ish, nothing. I don't know if they forgot about me or what but I just walked out.

👍 The urgent care nurse was so nice very kind and gentle with my mom, the lady doctor was also very kind, the other nurse who is the nurse for the heart doctor was kind as well, never been to a urgent care and the people really seem to care. Keep up the good work ladies.
