😠 I've never dealt with a more unprofessional healthcare worker then the nurse practitioner. I went in for a rash on my leg which they have seen me before for so it's well documented. I informed the NP several times they always try the same creams that never work but a shot of steroids cleared it righ...

🫤 Both the nurse practitioner as well as the woman at the front desk had unbelievable attitudes, I understand their work is stressful and I appreciate what they’re doing tremendously, however when I’m just trying to find out my results the last thing I want is to be greeted by a rude front desk person...
