😠 Very unprofessional! Couches were suppose to be here between 2pm and 4pm. Called and said we were waiting on our couches and she said said yeah you get them on the 17th......????? Today is the 17th. And said she'd call right back. Still no phone call nor couches!

😠 I have had three contracts with this Rent a Center in Blue Island. I have been a customer since 2012. I have seen a high turnover rate. The only person working there is the manager Pat, but the entire staff is new. I am so fed up because, as of today, I have a balance of $215.00 left on my contract....
