Friends of Old Fort Stevens
Museum
ππ Interesting information on the history of the fort. $5 parking fee or an annual pass is available online or at the museum. Parking lot is paved. A free brochure in the museum will help identify the features of the fort. We noticed a lot of swallows using the closed structures. Bats must also. Restro...

Wolf Lake Boardwalk
Tourist attraction
ππ This place is an escape from the urban jungles of Chicago and Hammond with the sights and sounds of the lake, the birds and the ducks. Love the way Wolf Lake is situated between the two states. The boardwalk and other trails surrounding Wolf Lake has made it accessible by bike and walk.

Cate Square Park
Park
ππ Great park. It has a nice size play ground for the kiddos and a few gazebos as well as a sidewalk track around the park in itself to walk. It's downtown so it's convenient for eats and shoppin. It's very clean! Don't see any mischief either.

Seafarer's Park

ππ Got into Warrenton late and there were no spots left at Fort Stevens and the local KOA is beyond expensive when you arenβt prepared for it. We camped here and it was nice. Packed with fishermen and boats. I even picked some wild blackberries. Loved this area.
