😠 Horrible service provided to me by the employees, management was extremely uncooperative and did not value customer satisfaction. The entire interaction has ruined my view on PlanetFitness and i will be cancelling my membership along with my friends who went with me.

😠 If your thinking of joining planet fitness don’t. They do a great job at advertising but have 0 maintenance for their equipment. The pec fly machine has been broken since November.
