I decided to give Stride Strong a shot in July because the physical trainers at Intel were booked about a month ahead of time and I needed to figure out how to recover from a bad case of runner's knee....

I was told my knee hurt because I was 41. It hurt for 2 years, but I figured the doctors knew what they were talking about...

👍👍 I highly recommend this PT clinic! Everyone there was so friendly and Sam helped me more than I even thought possible. He is the best physical therapist I have ever seen and took my injury very seriously, and provided me with great exercises to improve the pain.
