😐 Decent place to live - especially if you like long waits for elevators, ridiculous “service / convenience / amenity” fees, not having your friends over to the pool despite said amenity fees, and grossly overpriced and undersized parking with inconsiderate car neighbors! Otherwise great!

😠 Would never recommend living here to anyone. Slum lords. Charges you $1000 for paint when you move out. Only one active elevator (over 2-3 years) on a 9 floor building. Use caution!!!!
