😠 Using Westmont Manor for rehab and dialysis. Very unorganized, lots of agency staff, food is horrible, shortage of basic supplies, takes over 2 hours to answer a call light on the overnight shift, refusal to move patient in bed (especially overnight shifts), patient has been there 3 weeks and not on...

🫤 I have no idea where these good reviews come from. Try asking the patients instead of family members, visitors or staff. There not there 24 hours a day. It's at most of these facilities. Put up cameras in your loved one rooms. Maybe then your reviews will change.

😠 My Dad has been in this rehab facility for a little over 3 weeks as of today (2.23.17) and I can honestly say that I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. The only thing nice about Bria of Palos Hills is that it's a new building (just opened in July 2016) and the facilty is kept very clean...
