😠 This store isn’t even shoppable. You can’t walk down isles. Every isle and fixture looks this way. I was disgusted. Took pictures and walked out. Watched employees not even trying to clean up. Just walking and talking with one another. Some isles look worse than the photos shown.

👍👍 This location is awesome… Always satisfied with their services and mostly employees are generous and helpful. Store is neat and clean and well maintained. They have variety of options and some really cool deals. This is my home location and I’m very much satisfied.

😠 Place told me I Can bring my service Animal and when my dog just barked once, they told me to leave. Unacceptable, if you’re gonna tell me yes I can bring my service dog and then say no cause of one bark is ridiculous. I need that service dog. 😠 Stop treating every customer like a thief. Your crew at the exit door asks for receipts, and they don’t even look at what is written there. They are spending most of their time chatting with each other and basically don't care what is going on in the store. That is called poor customer experience!

😠 Great charity but they just let the entire staff go at the palatine location. No explanation given and HR doesn’t respond. We were coldly told to get our things and get out, not sure why?
