👍👍 I love this gym. It has a great location (the parking lot even feels safe!), everyone working out was courteous, and the locker rooms and equipment were all clean. There is nothing more I can ask for in a gym.

👍👍 Awesome Classes! I have been taking both the boxing and kickboxing classes. The best workout I have ever had! I have drop pounds just buy taking their classes. The instructors are amazing and very encouraging. The facility is very clean and modern with great people in class!

Three months in the mobility is up, pain is down, strength is up. We are making steady, measureable progress in all dimensions....

🫤 Bathroom is almost always dirty and the hand sanitizer stations are not kept full and the paper towel dispensers are usually empty. The cable stations need to be replaced. They stick.

👍👍 Great gym. Staff is friendly & professional. Members seem to be focus on working and not stalling on one machine. I never have to wait for a machine or bench like other gyms. Switch over from Gold's and I am more than satisfied.
