👍👍 Excellent park for walking, fishing, and for me - bird photography. I photographed bald eagles, osprey’s, Bluejays, cardinals, and a Great Blue Heron.

👍👍 It is very nice place for family outing. Especially kids will love this place. For kids there is small play ground. We have access to the small river but there is no life guard. Rest room is renovated and it’s very clean. Big parking lot. There is entrance fee per car.

👍👍 It's a lovely trail that has plaques with interesting facts and historic maps along the entire path. It really makes you feel like you were a part of the memories that are shared in this park. It made me proud to live in a town with so much historical significance. I definitely suggest taking a walk...
