Lāʻielohelohe Beach Park

👍👍 I loved this beach because it wasn’t crowded! It is so fun to walk across! There is a little body of water down the beach where you can swing on a rope or look at little fish. There was even a jumping fish! More down the beach, past the rocks are some mansions. This is a great beach to relax on or g...

👍👍 Great hidden beach. Lots of space to spread out and be alone. We did get stung by a jelly here though.

Hukilau Beach Park
Park
👍👍 This is the beach where the famous Hukelua Hawaiian dance came from. Huke-pull and lau-net. It was a big fishing event that envolved the locals of Laie, whole families would participate decades ago. The waves here can be high during high tide, during low tide great for the toddlers. Extremely small...

Waiāhole Beach Park

😐 I probably wouldn't advise a trip to this park if you intend to spend the day on a beach, but it is definitely worth a stop and a nice stroll if you are driving around the island. The park is rather unkempt and faces a narrow, dark sand beach. What really makes the stop worth it is the stunning view...

Hau'ula Beach Park
Park
👍 Nice walk in the water and picnic beach. Bathrooms, nice grass, convenient bus stop and shopping across the street. The is beach camping available by permit. Homeless people can be little bit of a problem at times.
It is right of the road but far enough away from everything to be on quiet side.

The park is equipped with a basketball court, space for volleyball, and an open grassy area. Beautiful view of the water. Depending on the tide, it is easy...

Kualoa Point
Park
🫤 I'm born and raised on the island and ever since I was little the park is nice but the water is not that great there's alot of coral rock so swimming here will be uncomfortable and this beach is shark infested id say for tourists just stay in Waikiki the beach there has better swimming conditions.

Mokuauia Islet Seabird Sanctuary

😠 I used to love taking my children here. My son and I came here a few days ago with my grandchildren. There is a large homeless encampment here now. They have taken over the area. They put shower curtains in the bathrooms. They walk around with their pitbulls. You can smell the pakalolo everywh...

China Man Hat Island
Park
👍👍 Mega view, just a great experience... swimming to the island is not recommended because you cut yourself very quickly on the reefs. Therefore a Boddybort surfboard canoe etc. is preferable as the water is usually no deeper than knee deep!!
