😠 Told me a beer cost $7. Bought 1 beer. Charged my card $9. I asked why and they said the extra $2 charge was for their new credit card machine. This is more than any creditor charges in the United States so they are full of bs. This is fraud. They didn’t mention this prior as I also had cash....

😠 This place is WAAAAY over rated. First, the Google search indicated it was open until 11pm. It was a seat yourself night. We arrived at 915pm and was told we only have 45 mins until they closed. There is a QR code at the table but is "locked" until you could get someone's attention to come "unlock"...

😠 Honestly, it's an embarrassing lounge. I've been in several lounges and this one is not good at all. Unlimited soda (no ice, ice machine broken), unlimited coffee and tea. That's it. NOTHING to eat or snack on. No alcoholic beverages. No restroom. Hawaiian should be embarrassed to call this a...
