😠 They behave nice but the new lady that gave me massage doesn’t understand English at all so whatever instructions or I tell her did not understand. Receptionist also does not understand English. Thus, I felt that my whole body was in pain after one hour and took 2 days to recover.

😠 I always have a great massage at this chain, it’s just hard to get in as they have a large clientele base. I’ve had multiple massages cancelled in the past year and it’s become impossible to use the credits I’ve amassed. I used to love this place but I wouldn’t waste my time coming to this brand.
