😠 These ppl do not follow Medicare guidelines, it has taken them over 1 year to pay my doctor who wants to drop this plan because they don't pay anyone, Kim is useless and as well as her boss, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere this plan is a scam, I wish I could give them zero stars.

😠 Absolutely terrible customer service!!No return phone calls even for urgent test results! Patient care is basic but waiting times are ridiculous!! Don't waste your time at this place! If you don't have high blood pressure before you go here, you will have it when you leave! Find another place!

😠 HORRIBLE DR and staff. They don’t care about health but the ONLY the money. If I could report this DR, i would. Highly recommend you go to another DR. The front desk girl needs to learn how to talk to people. Very poor attitude. In general, safe yourself and love ones the headache.
