👍👍 Ladder 38 is a great place for a pup meet up. It's not the easiest to get to because it's just a sand walk down and there are some exposed roots. It's worth it because it's a less busy section of beach

👍 Not on par with the parks in TomBall tx. No seating take your lawn chairs. No shade take umbrellas No parking and city writing tickets on street. You guys have no business hosting major events

😐 Small park as far as playgrounds go. The other areas have basketball courts baseball fields and tennis/racketball courts which is maintained by town pretty well. Good safe park to visit the town police patrol area often too.
