🫤 The entry to the Park on both entrances is in need of upkeep. New landscaping around the entry way would enhance the park. Found that the modular homes were not kept up as they should be,neither were the lawns.debri and clutter at some homes on the outside perimiter.

👍👍 New Manager 2019! Patricia is sharp and doing everything possible to clean this place up. Its a senior community, very quiet, pet friendly. Be nice and honest about your situation, she'll do her best to work with you. But the park will no longer allow folks to sneak in without screening. Be aware.
