👍👍 Workouts are high intensity, you know you have done something, when you are done. All the trainers are outstanding. Not only a great workout, but you learn so much. lost 16 pounds so far in like 3 months.(3 days a week)

👍👍 I look forward to going! I get a full body workout in 30 minutes and I think its fun. The staff is always helpful and kind. The facility is super clean and they are taking Covid precautions seriously. Easy to sign up on the app and they have early and late hours to accommodate everyone.
