😠 I have never met a more horrible person than Monica. I watched her treat the staff horrible and the energy she gave me as a patient, I will never return or recommended anyone to this office. Not sure if she has ever heard of HIPPA laws or treating people with decency. I cant believe she is employed...

👍👍 They moved from Olive St to Steamtown mall. Much of the same good service. Same Doctor. Currently it is a long walk to their location but they are building a separate entrance. Except for the distance from the main entrance I am highly satisfied with my health care.

😠 Awful. One of the worst hospital experiences in my life. Waitind 2 hours with an empty waiting room before I really got help and attention. It's like the doctor, Dr. Watson, wants you in pain, along with some of the staff. Im a sickle cell patient who neds strong painkillers when undergoing a crisis...
