For the next 2 hours, we have continued to be harassed by the GM Ryan to move out of our unit because THEY messed up the reservation. This is absolutely the last straw...

😠 We had a terrible unit. Lots of maintenance issues. Had to have service technicians come 6 times in 7 weeks! Appearance of the unit is very dated. Pool area is way too small for the number of guests! Appliances are very old. The unit was not clean. Would not recommend this resort to anyone!
