👍👍 A most delightful experience. Dr. Barnes is extremely competent and thorough. She resolved an issue I had from a previous experience in Boston. The entire team was professional and very service minded. I am fortunate to have found a dentist such as Dr. Barnes in the Berkshires.

😐 We liked this practice until we didn’t. We recd bad information about insurance covered services which resulted in a much higher bill than expected. The billing person was not easy to work with and the outcome was not equitable.

👍👍 Absolutely the best dentist around. Without question. Great doctors and hygienists. They treat you like family and it's decorated so beautifully you feel at home. Everyone hates going to the dentist but here you'll find yourself not minding the experience. Could not possibly recommend enough.

😠 Scammers. Will call you months later to say your insurance “didn’t pay what they said they were going to pay.” Thank goodness I have the money but many people in the area are low income so I suggest anyone who doesn’t want to be hit with surprise bills, don’t go to this office!
