😐 Too many machines needs more free weights more squats racks and benchpress, the majority of the gym is machines very little free weights, tbh it's ridiculous, lose the machines. But the outdoor pool is awesome for a cold plunge sauna and stream plus and the extra rooms except the classes they hold....

👍 Super intense workouts that actually show results and are doable. The environment is great and supportive, but it is extremely overpriced for boot camps. It’s way more reasonable to pay the monthly fee to attend classes then put down a 500 deposit that you may or may not get back.
