I offer the above equation to explain that I have visited Perkz twice and had two different dining experiences. The first time I had a burger and it was very bland. In addition, the fries were also cold and tasteless. Unless you count the taste of old freezer.

The server was working the bar, training a guy, and serving us and busting his tail to do so! I'm always appreciative of people that step up in a world where no one wants to work. My food was great. Really good, tender steak. And the price wasn't so bad!
