The corners of the screen was malfunctioning due to water damage (this was discovered by ifix as he was trying to discover the root cause of the problem). Before he fixed my phone he gave me a possible root cause....

😠 I would like to make it clear that I wanted to give 0 stars if possible. The store was closed 45 minutes before it is supposed to, doors locked and nobody inside. I made sure to wait few minutes and knocked multiple times

😠 T-mobile is mediocre but this store is poorly run. Head over to the north bergen store(by petsmart) for faster hassle free service and also take advantage of the 3.5% sales tax!
