😐 Place is pretty busy considering how cramped everything is. Everything from dancing studio, a busy laundry mat open 24/7, and Kim's Jiffy Mart which is owned by a woman who knows everyone it seems that give her business. Other clerks are all a great part of that area.

😐 Horrible area for you to be walking it seems as theirs always a cruise going through here, cars are speeding, not to mention all the kids the are doing tricks on the bicycles. You need to be really cautious in this parking area.
