👍👍 Mike is a great instructor with little kids. He's the perfect amount of firm and friendly. He smiles while he yells. Karate is a physical sport, it isn't easy; but Mike tempers his being strict while showing compassion. He focuses on selfcontrol and technique. I see my kids going here for many years...

👍👍 I have been doing private training sessions with Rhonda for 6 months and it’s been the best experience. She is so knowledgeable and supportive but at the same time will push you to your limits. Highly recommended.
