👍👍 Absolutely stunning location for a temporary rv stay or permanent spot to live in beautiful east Texas! The gym, laundry rooms and restroom are always clean! I would say they are Buc-ee's approved!

👍👍 The owners are FANTASTIC. The vibe of the community is super friendly (as we have found to be the case everywhere in Texas). Back in sites are larger than pull through if that is more important than the ease of a pull through. Honestly a fantastic place to stay for any amount of time.

😠 if you passing thru great. if your here full time it's like segration again. mobile home residents can't use the playground, laundry and have no access to FEDERAL MAIL. not allowed to put up a mailbox in front of our homes( legally they can't stop it) they just installed central mailbox for RV tenet...
