😠 Doctors are good but front office is the most unprofessional front desk i have ever seen, only can make appointments one day a month and never answer the phone. Go on hold for an hour and a half and they will go to lunch for another hour before they answer. Disgusting

😠 Was not very pleased with my experience here with as I brought in my son for an appt. Whole being asked to arrive 15 early to fill out paperwork, (which I was). The doctor was not even in the building, she was un professional, taking notes on a piece of paper towel, while there's a sink I never seen...

👍👍 As usual a find job, they do very good work at Oak St. Health. As soon as I get in the van for transportation to being greeted by the receptionist then being attended by the good doctor, it's a very good experience.

🫤 The only reason this place is getting a 2 star is because the doctor is good. Poorly run place though. You cannot call your office personally which is horrible for patients.
