👍👍 Went on a sunset hike up this mountain. It is rated as a moderate hike and it really is! Thankfully it is not too long; just over a mile. We saw mountain goats on the way up. The sunset was truly spectacular! Would highly recommend it. Please bring a flashlight for obvious reasons!

👍👍 Amazing experience for Lost fans. You'll be brought to key filming locations. Like we have, the island has changed over time; recognisable landmarks have either aged or been modified. But that doesn't make the experience any less rewarding. One recommendation: schedule a separate trip to Papa'lloa B...

Maili Pillbox

👍👍 Maili is such a fun hike to experience sunset for. The hike is generally short, but elevation is challenging in some spots. Depending on fitness level, the hike is very doable. Bring some bug spray because it is bad! Parking is generous but don’t forget to lock your car!

👍👍 A moderate 4.some miles hike, easy enough to take a dog along. Path has a lot of roots in most sections so be mindful of footing. Make sure to wear decent shoes especially if hiking after some rainfall and be prepared to get muddy. The view overlooking the H3 is amazing. Definitely a hike everyone s...

👍👍 Fun drive and hike. Trails were clearly marked and it was easy to hike at our own pace. Our party consisted of the 4 year old birthday girl, a couple children 11 and under, and a bunch of older people. The hike was pretty breezy and cool. We started at about 8 am and finished at about 10 am. There...

👍👍 This is an awesome hike with some incredible views of the Western Coast of Oahu. Be warned that this is not an easy hike though. Several guides online mentioned this, but I would certainly consider it more moderate. There are some steeper areas, and some of the drops near the side of the trail are n...

👍👍 Fabulous views of the valley and ocean. Looking west to the sunset over the ocean. Afternoon hikes have plenty of sun exposure and a few spots with shade. The path can be narrow at times so be patient for groups coming your way. Stay hydrated, it's quite a bit of work on the way up. There are no mar...

👍👍 Located on Tripler Army Medical Center post lies a peaceful and fairly challenging hike. The mostly uphill 1.25 mile climb is paved with plenty of room for passing any other hikers. 👍👍 Great hike to a hidden waterfall with not too many people. (Review about the trail to the Waterfall, not the whole Manana Ridge Trail) Hike takes about 15min straight forward to the sign where the trail and the "walk" to the waterfall splits. From there on you need approximately 50min to the waterf...

👍👍 Wow. This was a really fun, moderately challenging, hike. It gets steep right from the beginning. Don’t give up, there are some flat spots along the way! I would really recommend going on a dry day, you will slip here if it’s wet, especially going down. There were muddy spots that looked super slick...
