😠 I took a very old chain to them to be repaired. The chain was over 100 years old, it was a 20 in gold chain with pearls. When I went to pick it up I received a 16 1/12 in chain back. I was told that when it broke I probably lost the other four inches. I lost it all right!! Very shady. I won’t go...
