👍👍 Much larger selection of free weights and barbell stations than Aderholt, but the same small selection of selectorized machines as Aderholt. I'd say if you're looking to do compound workouts (squat, bench, etc.) come here, if you're just looking to do a quick workout, Aderholt is just fine
