👍👍 Best 30 minute workout. The trainers are AWESOME!! I real like that they are able to modify some of the rounds for someone my size. This place has changed my health and my outlook on life. Juan and Rossy have motivated me to do my best even when I thought I couldn't. Highly recommend this place!!!

😠 The trainers and workouts are great but these ppl will lock you in for 6 months and then auto renew your contract for another 6 months without letting you know. You cannot cancel at anytime unless you do month to month and even then these people are so hard to get ahold of. The trainers are trainers...
