I showed a photo and expressed how I wanted my hair to be past my shoulders about 2-3 inches. My hair is now touching my shoulders....

😠 I went try get haircut this morning 12/292019 and the guy had no idea what he was doing. It's a very simple haircut. Not complicated. I had to leave and go somewhere so they could fix it. The lady at the register did not care one bit what he was doing. Wendy used to cut my hair. Definitely will not...
