😠 People are amazing, company refuses to fix any machines. 5 machines currently down, many for 4+ months *Edit-Per Planet Fitness response, it is MY responsibility to tell the on-site staff that the equipment is broken? Fixing these isn’t standard for this gym, apparently? It’s up to the paid members...

😐 Great customer Service. The gym could be cleaner. It currently has the showers out of commission and the core area closed. Great staff in the morning.

👍👍 Fantastic staff, clean equipment, Black Card Spa is always clean as well the bathrooms. 5 out of 5 stars, I am absolutely impressed by this Planet Fitness!!!!
