👍👍 My daughter works with DQ for strength training and basketball. He is amazing! The BEST energy! We drive 1 hour and 15 mins to get, it is worth every minute. The gym is gorgeous, very clean, so many options of things to do. If you are thinking about visiting don’t hesitate!

👍👍 I've been going to Wow for awhile and decided to try a personal trainer. Daren is wonderful, professional, has extensive back ground knowledge of fitness, we have set goals that I know I will be able to achieve with his guidance, so glad I decided to try a change he is well worth it!!
